‘ICYM Hospet Launches 50th-Year Logo, Marking Golden Jubilee Celebrations’

Hospet 15th August, 2025: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Hospet unit proudly launched its 50th-year logo on August 15th at Holy Cross Church, Hospet, as it completed 49 years of dedicated service and stepped into its golden jubilee year.

The logo was officially unveiled by Rev. Fr Gregory Dsouza, Director of ICYM Hospet and Parish Priest of Holy Cross Church, along with Fr Vincent Dsouza. They were joined by Mr. Manohar Cutinha, Vice President of the Parish Pastoral Council; Mr. Vincent Santhmator, Secretary of the Parish Pastoral Council; and Mrs. Laveena Pinto, 21 Commission Convener along with ICYM Hospet unit animators Mr. Selwyn Jude Colaco, Mr. Denis Fernandes, and Mrs. Leena Tellis, Mr. Rolston Fleming Dsouza, President of ICYM Hospet, and Miss Mishel Tauro, Secretary.

During the program, Miss Neethal Lobo, unit member delivered a heartfelt summary of ICYM’s contributions to the parish community over the past 49 years. The event was compered with great enthusiasm by Mr. Kristan Mendonca.

The celebration witnessed the active participation of ICYM members and parishioners, marking the beginning of a year-long journey towards the golden jubilee of ICYM Hospet.
